| Probe #1 9/13: - Outside @ driver's side MAF |
| Probe #1 9/14: - Ambient - @ UF Motorsport loc. in front of radiator |
| Probe #2 - Inside driver's engine air filter box |
| Probe #3 - At driver's side OEM intake |
| Day 3: |
| On freeway, steady cruise, equilibrium. |
| Off freeway 3 minutes, driving into town, stop and go, <30mph |
| Pre-start, after parking for about 10 minutes. Wow! |
| Post-start, 30 seconds. Still in town. Inlet temp very high - drawing hot air down from above. |
| On freeway for 1 minute, 80mph cruise. |
| We go to great lengths to test for you! Note the temp! |
| Day 4: |
| Relocated P1 - no longer measuring upper engine compartment temp; now measuring outside air. This location is about 2" forward of the UF Motorosport sensor recommended location. |
| Hard driving - Outside air 89; inlet temp 91, air temp at airbox 100 (I'm including a correction of +2 degrees for this thermometer.) Total rise 11 degrees f. |
| Hard driving, downhill section. Speeds still high, but much less power in use. Outside air 87, inlet air 89, airbox 109 (corrected.) Total rise 22 degrees f. |
